Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction within the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes
• Ensure proper display and merchandising of products
• Manage stock levels and coordinate with inventory team
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and negotiation abilities
• Customer handling and relationship management
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software/POS)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Experience: 0–3 years in retail sales (freshers can apply)

Salary:

• ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 per month (based on experience)
• Incentives + Performance Bonus

Work Location:

• On-site (Retail Store)

Working Hours:

• 9–10 hours shift (including weekends and holidays)
