Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our advertising agency. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling advertising and marketing solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business.
• Promote advertising services such as digital marketing, social media campaigns, branding, print media, outdoor advertising, and creative solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized advertising solutions.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Follow up with clients for feedback, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and advertising trends.
