Job Description
Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing, and preventive maintenance of diesel generator sets.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control panel faults at customer sites.
Attend service calls promptly and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and communicate technical findings to customers.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service procedures during all field operations.
Coordinate with the service team and maintain good customer relationships through professional support.
