Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Female Sales Closer to convert qualified leads into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements, build trust, and close sales effectively. Experience in education, EdTech, training, or service-based sales will be an added advantage.

• Key Responsibilities
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments through calls, virtual meetings, and follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or services.
• Explain product offerings, pricing, and enrollment processes clearly.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Update customer records and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.

• Required Skills

• Customer-focused approach with persuasive skills.
• Confidence in handling telephonic and online sales.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Closing, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, Business Development, or EdTech Sales.
• Experience in education, training institutes, or service-based sales is preferred.
