Job Description
Position: Executive Assistant cum Admin
Department: Administration
Reporting To: Director / Managing Director
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Job SummaryThe Executive Assistant cum Admin will provide high-level administrative support to the Director while managing day-to-day office administration. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive AssistantManage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
- Draft emails, letters, reports, and presentations.
- Screen calls, visitors, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential records and documents.
- Assist the Director with business and operational tasks.
- AdministrationOversee day-to-day office administration.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, pantry, and facility management.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and document management.
- Maintain office assets and administrative records.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Ensure office discipline and smooth administrative operations.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- Experience 0–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Admin Executive.
- Experience supporting senior management or Directors is preferred.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Calendar and travel management.
- Documentation and report preparation.
- Time management and multitasking.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred SkillsExperience with ERP/Office Management Software.
- Knowledge of vendor management and office administration.
