Senior Manager - IPFM
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing maintenance procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the coal handling plant.
- Leading a team of maintenance technicians and engineers to execute maintenance activities.
- Planning and scheduling maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize plant availability.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and optimize plant performance.
- Managing the budget for maintenance activities and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Implementing best practices for maintenance and continuously seeking ways to enhance plant reliability.
- Providing technical guidance and support to the maintenance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 15-20 years of experience in coal handling plant maintenance or related field.
