Employment Role Description

Role: Sr. Sales Executive

1) Visit to Retail Outlet across Raipur and surroundings areas within jurisdiction of Chhattisgarh.

2) Increase business and reach by adding a greater number of retail outlets

3) Manage our exiting retail outlet and provide them valuable service and increase the monthly sale per outlet.

4) Responsible and accountable for Collection of payment from the outlet under management

5) Increase Firms presence in MG Road area and add A class customer base and meeting the monthly targets

6) Identify new areas for business growth

7) Offer multiple products to exiting client

8) Increase in individual bungalows and sites under construction within your beat to increase effectiveness

Process:

1) Daily visit report (Google forms)

2) Weekly review format for business closure and follow ups

3) Daily office morning report at 10:00AM and evening sales report at 6:30 PM

4) Handover the cash along with customer payment receipt to accountant on daily basis

Expectations:

1) Sales closure and achievement of monthly target defined time to time

2) Increase A class customer base and meeting the monthly targets

3) Sale multiple products and increase depth in customer data

4) Formation of team and responsible to manage the team

5) Team review and performance to be traced and updated on fortnightly basis
