Job Description

Site Supervisor (Civil) – Job DescriptionSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Location: Project Site

  • Kaam ki Jimmedari (Responsibilities)Site par rozana civil construction ka kaam supervise karna.
  • Mazdoor aur contractor ki team ko manage karna.
  • Drawing ke hisaab se kaam ho raha hai ya nahi, iski checking karna.
  • Material receive karna aur uska proper record maintain karna.
  • Cement, steel, bricks aur anya material ki wastage ko control karna.
  • Daily work progress ki report senior engineer ko dena.
  • Quality standards ke hisaab se kaam complete karwana.
  • Site par safety rules ka palan karwana.
  • Mason, electrician, plumber aur anya agencies ke kaam ka coordination karna.
  • Chhoti-moti site problems ko turant solve karna aur zarurat padne par senior ko inform karna.
  • Labour attendance aur daily manpower ka record maintain karna.
  • Project ko time par complete karwane ke liye daily planning karna.
  • Yogyata (Qualification)12th Pass / ITI / Diploma (Civil) ko preference di jayegi.
  • Construction site ka 1–5 saal ka experience hona chahiye.
  • Building construction ka basic knowledge hona chahiye.
  • Drawing samajhne ki basic knowledge hona ek advantage hoga.
  • Smartphone chalana aur WhatsApp par photos/reports bhejna aana chahiye.
  • Required SkillsLeadership aur team handle karne ki ability.
  • Mehnati, responsible aur disciplined hona chahiye.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Time management aur coordination skills.
  • Site par full-time kaam karne ki taiyari.
