Job Description
Job Summary:The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Experience :- 2 to 3 yr
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of workers and subcontractors on-site
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and instructions
- Monitor quality of work and maintain construction standards
- Enforce safety rules and ensure use of PPE at site
- Manage labor attendance, productivity, and discipline
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
- Track material usage and report shortages or damages
- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work site
