Site Supervisor

Job Summary:The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and as per approved drawings and quality standards.

Experience :- 2 to 3 yr

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities of workers and subcontractors on-site
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings and instructions
• Monitor quality of work and maintain construction standards
• Enforce safety rules and ensure use of PPE at site
• Manage labor attendance, productivity, and discipline
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
• Track material usage and report shortages or damages
• Maintain daily site reports and progress updates
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work site
