Social Media Specialist

About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients' digital presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
• Create engaging captions, content calendars, and post schedules.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.
• Assist in influencer marketing and collaboration campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Support paid advertising campaigns by coordinating with the performance marketing team.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and content-writing skills (Hindi & English).
• Basic understanding of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools.
• Knowledge of content planning and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
• Experience working with agencies will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is a plus.
