👉Role: Team Leader

🔵Salary:- 25000 to 32000 (In-hand)

LOCATION- DURG,BHILLAI,BHANDARA,NEAR RAIPUR ALL LOCATIONS

⛔Experience- 3 to 6years in Direct sales/ B2C Sales/Merchant Acquisition / Retail Sales (No Stores experience) Telecom Sales/ Digital Payment.

⛔Field sales & Team handling experience is must Required.

⛔Digital payments & telecom sales (prepaid) experience will be preferred.

🔵Job Responsibilities:

👉Develop strategy for acquisition of merchants, retailers from various segments.

👉Responsible for sourcing, generating; closing new acquisition & activation signing leads.

👉Will be managing the team of direct sales people.

👉Coach & mentor the team in acquisition and relationship management.

👉Planning, formulating and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.

👉Should be prepared to travel across the city to develop a market.

👉Achieving sales targets.

 🔵Key Competencies:

✅2-3years of relevant sales experience.

✅Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.

✅Strong analytical and quantitative skills

✅Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
