Job Description
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Telecaller to handle customer interactions over phone. The role involves making outbound calls, managing inbound queries, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
Explain products or services clearly to customers
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Maintain accurate call records and update customer data
Achieve daily and weekly call or sales targets
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to convince and handle customers
Prior experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
