Job Description

Responsibilities and skills:

  • Managing and recovering overdue payments: Collection Executives are responsible for contacting clients to remind them of overdue invoices, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining records of payment and account statuses. 
  • Effective communication: They must communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. 
  • Customer relationship management: Collection Executives work closely with other finance team members to achieve the company's collection targets and maintain positive customer relationships. 
  • Compliance with regulations: They must adhere to recovery guidelines and company policies, ensuring legal safety and brand protection. 
  • Handling difficult recovery cases: Collection Executives handle difficult cases through structured follow-ups and negotiation, using empathy and clear communication to reach resolutions.
