Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Tender Executive with strong expertise in L1 Comparative Statement Preparation and Government Tender Management. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing technical and commercial bids, conducting price comparisons, and ensuring successful participation in procurement processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSearch and analyze tenders on GeM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals.
• Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within deadlines.
• Create and maintain L1 Comparative Statements for vendor quotations and price analysis.
• Compare rates, specifications, and commercial terms to identify the lowest eligible bidder (L1).
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for quotations and approvals.
• Handle EMD, tender fees, BOQ preparation, and tender documentation.
• Ensure compliance with tender terms, procurement policies, and government regulations.
• Track tender status, bid results, purchase orders, and contract awards.
• Maintain records of all tender submissions and related documents.
• Respond to tender clarifications, amendments, and buyer queries.
