Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-friendly Billing Executive for our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing operations, processing customer invoices, maintaining billing accuracy, and supporting smooth showroom transactions. The ideal candidate should possess basic accounting knowledge, computer proficiency, and strong customer handling skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate customer bills and invoices.
• Handle billing software and payment transactions efficiently.
• Verify product details, pricing, discounts, and tax calculations.
• Maintain daily billing records and transaction reports.
• Assist customers with billing-related queries.
• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure accuracy in cash, card, and digital payment handling.
• Support showroom operational activities when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of billing and customer information.
