**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience)

We are looking for a motivated **Production Engineer** to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and optimizing production processes while ensuring quality standards, safety, and timely delivery of products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Monitor and participate daily production activities and achieve production targets.

* Improve production efficiency and reduce downtime.

* Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

* Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams.

* Prepare production reports and maintain documentation.

**Requirements:**

* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

* 1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

* Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process improvement.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
