Job Description

  • Requirements: Minimum 1+ years of experience in Machine Tool Manufacturing Industry.
  • Experience in Lathe Machine / CNC Machine Production preferred.
  • Knowledge of production planning, shop floor supervision, quality control, and manpower management.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsibilities:Supervise daily production activities.
  • Achieve production targets with quality standards.
  • Manage manpower and machine utilization.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Assembly, Purchase, and Planning departments.
  • Ensure safety and 5S compliance on the shop floor.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical (Preferred)

Salary: Best in Industry (As per experience)
