A Teacher is responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons aligned with state standards, fostering a love of inquiry and critical thinking in students, while ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment through hands-on experiments, differentiated instruction, and effective classroom management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Integrate diverse teaching methods including lectures, demonstrations, labs, group projects, and technology-based activities to cater to different learning styles.

·        Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation, curiosity, and scientific inquiry.

·        Utilize a variety of assessment tools including quizzes, projects, observations, and performance-based tasks to monitor student progress and understanding.

·        Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to guide their learning and identify areas for improvement.

·        Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress, concerns, and upcoming assignments.

Required Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree in related field of the subject.

·        Strong understanding of academic tools.

·        Excellent classroom management skills and ability to engage diverse learners.

·        Proficiency in using technology to enhance science instruction.

Desired Skills:

·        Passion for the subject and ability to inspire students about the world around them.

·        Proven experience in teaching science to middle school students.

·        Creativity in designing engaging lessons and hands-on experiments.
