Area Credit Manager - Tractor and Crop Finance-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Credit
- Responsible for managing credit operations related to tractor and crop finance within the agricultural retail segment. - Oversee credit assessment, sanctioning, and monitoring of tractor loans and crop finance products. - Coordinate with retail teams and ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures. - Manage relationships with customers and stakeholders in the agricultural finance sector. - Drive business growth by ensuring timely credit disbursal and recovery. - Monitor portfolio quality and take corrective actions to minimize credit risk. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline credit processes and improve customer experience. - Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal controls in credit operations. - Provide leadership and guidance to credit teams operating in the assigned area. - Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor credit products effectively.Job role
