Job Description


  • Minimum 6 months experience in customer support or back office.
  • Proactively monitor high-priority shipments and provide accurate, real-time status updates to the clients.
  • Good verbal and written communication. Ability to remain calm, professional, and firm yet polite when handling stressed or frustrated clients.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, delivery complaints, and resolutions in our logistics CRM or tracking sheets.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel (for tracking data) & MS word.
