Client Relationship Executive – After Sales Service & Support (Digital Marketing Services)

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to handle after-sales service and support for our Digital Marketing and Website Development clients. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely support and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client communication for after-sales support and service coordination

• Manage relationships with existing clients for Digital Marketing and Website services

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions

• Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media, and Website Development teams

• Resolve client queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally

• Follow up with clients regarding project updates and performance reports

• Maintain client records, feedback, and service reports

• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term business relationships

• Prepare meeting notes, reports, and follow-up updates

• Support the sales team in client retention and upselling services

Requirements:

• Good communication and relationship management skills

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Website services

• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Computer proficiency in MS Office, Email, and CRM software

• Positive attitude and problem-solving ability

• Experience in customer support or client handling will be preferred
