Responsibilities:

• Basic computer and software troubleshooting knowledge.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to learn software products quickly.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with billing, invoicing, and accounting concepts.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Provide technical support to customers using billing and accounting software.
• Assist users with software installation, setup, and configuration.
• Resolve customer queries related to billing, invoicing, inventory management, GST, and reports.
• Troubleshoot software issues and guide users through solutions via phone, email, WhatsApp, or remote support.
• Help customers understand software features and daily operations.

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Diploma / BCA / B.Com / B.Sc (IT) / Computer Course.

Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
