Job Description
Position: Computer Operator
Experience: Fresher to 6 Months
Office Work Only
Responsibilities:
- Basic computer and software troubleshooting knowledge.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to learn software products quickly.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with billing, invoicing, and accounting concepts.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Provide technical support to customers using billing and accounting software.
- Assist users with software installation, setup, and configuration.
- Resolve customer queries related to billing, invoicing, inventory management, GST, and reports.
- Troubleshoot software issues and guide users through solutions via phone, email, WhatsApp, or remote support.
- Help customers understand software features and daily operations.
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Diploma / BCA / B.Com / B.Sc (IT) / Computer Course.
Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
