Job Description
- જવાબદારીઓ (Responsibilities):રેસીપી અને રસોડાના ધોરણો મુજબ સામગ્રી તૈયાર કરવી અને ભોજન બનાવવામાં મદદ કરવી.
- ખોરાક તૈયાર કરવાની જગ્યા, રસોઈ વિસ્તાર અને સ્ટોરેજ વિસ્તારની સ્વચ્છતા અને સ્વચ્છતા (હાઈજીન) જાળવવી.
- વાસણો, રસોડાના સાધનો, ઉપકરણો અને કામ કરવાની સપાટીઓ ધોવી અને સાફ રાખવી.
- ખાદ્ય સામગ્રી યોગ્ય રીતે સંગ્રહિત કરવી અને સ્ટોકના સ્તર પર નજર રાખવી.
- ભોજન પીરસવાના વ્યસ્ત સમય દરમિયાન શેફ અને રસોઈયાઓને સહાય કરવી.
- હંમેશા ખાદ્ય સુરક્ષા, આરોગ્ય અને સ્વચ્છતા સંબંધિત નિયમોનું પાલન કરવું.
- કચરાનો યોગ્ય રીતે નિકાલ કરવો અને રસોડાને વ્યવસ્થિત રાખવું.
- આવતી ડિલિવરી સ્વીકારવામાં, ચકાસવામાં અને યોગ્ય રીતે સંગ્રહિત કરવામાં મદદ કરવી.
