Job Description
Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru
Prepare food items like burgers fries and beverages following company quality standards
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant including dining area kitchen and restrooms
Handle cash payments and digital transactions responsibly
Ensure fast and efficient service to meet customer satisfaction
Follow food safety hygiene and sanitation guidelines at all times
Work as a team with other crew members and support during busy hours
Restock ingredients packaging and supplies when required
Assist in opening and closing tasks of the restaurant
Handle customer queries complaints politely and provide quick solutions
