Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Manager to lead and manage the customer support function in our e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling the customer care panel, managing ticketing systems, and overseeing both inbound and outbound support teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the ticketing system (query resolution, TAT, escalation handling)
- Lead and manage inbound and outbound customer support teams
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer queries and complaints
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality standards
- Develop and implement SOPs for customer service processes
- Handle escalations and provide resolution support
- Analyze customer feedback and improve service quality
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, tech) for issue resolution
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and insights
- Manage and supervise the customer care panel and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
