Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Male/Female) to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude to assist customers with software-related queries.
- ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Provide support for billing software.
- Follow up with existing customers.
- Coordinate with the technical support team.
- Maintain customer records and daily reports.
- Explain software features and guide customers.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- RequirementsMale/Female candidates can apply.
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Internet).
- Good communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi (English is a plus).
