Job Description
Manage daily dispatch activities for lighting and electrical products.
Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and other dispatch documents.
Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, accounts, and production teams for timely dispatch.
Check product quantity, model, specification, and condition before dispatch.
Ensure proper packing and labeling of products to avoid damage during transportation.
Coordinate with transporters, courier companies, and logistics partners for timely delivery.
Maintain accurate dispatch records and update dispatch status in Excel/ERP/software.
Track shipments and follow up with transporters regarding delivery status.
Handle customer and sales-team queries related to dispatch and delivery.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all dispatch-related records.
Coordinate for return, replacement, and damaged-material cases when required.
Follow company procedures for inventory and dispatch control.
