Job Description
• Manage and grow FI business in the assigned district.
• Achieve targets for BC onboarding, transactions, account opening, insurance, and loan products.
• Monitor and support BCs, supervisors, and field teams.
• Conduct training, meetings, and field visits.
• Coordinate with banks and local stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
• Review district performance through MIS reports and take corrective actions.
• Submit regular reports and ensure achievement of business targets.
