Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Research & collect high-quality product video clips from TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Edit engaging short-form video ads tailored for Facebook & Instagram marketing.
- Generate ad scripts that highlight product benefits and address customer pain points.
- Record or integrate Hinglish voiceovers to make ads more engaging.
- Add background music (BGM) and sound effects to enhance ad appeal.
- Create multiple ad variations (e.g., with/without voiceovers, different CTAs, and hooks).
- Optimize video pacing, transitions, and effects to maximize audience retention.
- Stay updated with trending ad styles and best practices for social media ads.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced eCommerce environment, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Requirements:
✅ Proficiency in Cap cut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. (preferred)
✅ Strong scriptwriting skills to craft short, persuasive ad copy.
✅ Experience in Facebook & Instagram ad creatives is a plus.
✅ Ability to find and use high-quality raw video content from social platforms.
✅ Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to ad performance.
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
