📝 Job Overview: We are hiring experienced Field Technicians for servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigerators and washing machines at customer locations across Rajkot Region. / 📝 જોબ ઓવરવ્યૂ: રાજકોટ વિસ્તારમાં ગ્રાહકોના સ્થળે જઈને રેફ્રિજરેટર અને વોશિંગ મશીનની સર્વિસ, ટ્રબલશૂટિંગ અને રિપેરિંગ માટે અનુભવી ફીલ્ડ ટેકનિશિયનની જરૂર છે.

🎯 Key Responsibilities / મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ:

• Visit customer locations for service and repair work / ગ્રાહકોના સ્થળે જઈ સર્વિસ અને રિપેરિંગ કામ કરવું

• Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigerator and washing machine issues / રેફ્રિજરેટર અને વોશિંગ મશીનની ખામી શોધી ઉકેલ લાવવો

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair activities / ઇન્સ્ટોલેશન, મેન્ટેનન્સ અને રિપેરિંગ કામ કરવું

• Replace faulty parts when required / જરૂર મુજબ ખામીવાળા પાર્ટ્સ બદલવા

• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service completion / ગ્રાહક સંતોષ અને સમયસર સર્વિસ પૂર્ણ કરવી

• Maintain service reports and job records / સર્વિસ રિપોર્ટ અને કામના રેકોર્ડ જાળવવા

🎓 Eligibility: Relevant Technical Knowledge Required / 🎓 લાયકાત: સંબંધિત ટેકનિકલ જ્ઞાન આવશ્યક
