Responsibilities
* Guide members on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage.
* Conduct fitness assessments and body composition analysis.
* Create workout plans and support member progress.
* Maintain safety, discipline, and service standards on the gym floor.
* Deliver an outstanding member experience.
Requirements
* Fitness certification preferred (K11, ACSM, NASM, ISSA, ACE, REPS India, or equivalent).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for fitness, learning, and helping people achieve results.
* Freshers with good fitness knowledge are welcome to apply.
Compensation Structure
Floor Trainer
* Fixed salary based on experience and skills.
