Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced Performance Marketing Head to lead and scale our paid advertising across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive revenue growth, manage large budgets, and lead a performance marketing team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end performance marketing strategy
- Handle large-scale ad budgets across Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Drive ROI, ROAS, and revenue growth through data-driven campaigns
- Build and manage a high-performing ads team
- Develop advanced strategies for retargeting, scaling, and funnel optimization
- Monitor campaign KPIs: CPC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate
- Collaborate with creative, content, and tech teams
- Implement conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, and analytics tools
- Identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels
- Present performance reports and strategic insights to leadership
- Requirements4–8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Proven track record of handling high-budget campaigns (₹10L+/month)
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads ecosystem
- Experience in E-commerce / D2C brands preferred
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels & scaling strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Data-driven decision-making mindset
- Preferred SkillsAdvanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager
- Experience with automation tools & AI marketing tools
- Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Strong analytical & reporting skills
