Job Description

Position SummaryDeoDap is looking for an experienced HR & Legal Coordinator who can work closely with Management, Department Heads, and the Legal team. The candidate should have good knowledge of HR operations and basic legal compliance, be able to coordinate legal matters, assist in decision-making related to legal notices, and ensure smooth communication between departments and legal advisors.


Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate with Legal Executives, Advocates, and Management on legal matters.
  • Review legal notices and assist management in deciding appropriate actions.
  • Support management with HR policies, employee disciplinary matters, and legal compliance.
  • Coordinate with HODs regarding employee disputes and legal issues.
  • Maintain legal and HR documentation with complete confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Prepare reports, legal documents, and management updates.
  • Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and external legal professionals when required.


Qualifications


  • Graduate in HR, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • LL.B. or MBA (HR) will be an added advantage.


Experience


  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, Legal Coordination, or HR Compliance.


Required Skills


  • Knowledge of labour laws and basic corporate legal compliance.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileConfident in coordinating with senior management and HODs.
  • Practical understanding of legal notices and employment-related legal matters.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Mature, responsible, and able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
