Inside Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive

Department: Sales

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate business opportunities.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Follow up with leads received from various sources and convert them into sales.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales performance.
• Update customer details, follow-up status, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
• Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
• Requirements:Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
