International Accounting Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant with hands-on experience in US, UK, and Australian accounting. The candidate will be responsible for managing bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping and accounting for US, UK, and Australian clients
• Record daily financial transactions accurately
• Perform bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS statements
• Maintain general ledger and supporting schedules
• Handle payroll processing and expense tracking
• Assist in year-end closing and audit support
• Coordinate with clients and ensure timely reporting
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience with international accounting processes (US/UK/AUS)
• Good understanding of financial statements and reconciliations
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Software Requirements

• Experience with QuickBooks
• Experience with Xero
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with other cloud accounting tools is an advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 2+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
• Experience working with outsourcing firms or international clients preferred
