Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the brand growth for Motel The Village. You will be responsible for end-to-end marketing, from digital strategy and website optimization to on-the-ground event promotion and operational alignment. The ideal candidate will blend creative vision with data-driven decision-making to increase resort occupancy, optimize catering brand visibility, and enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Optimization: Oversee the motelthevillage.com revamp and maintain the website’s booking integration. Manage SEO and social media presence to ensure high search engine discoverability.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute seasonal events (e.g., Kids Night Out) and promotional campaigns. Manage the production of all marketing collateral, including banners, digital posters, and event assets.

Operational Liaison: Work directly with kitchen and operations staff to solve service bottlenecks and align promotional offers with actual service capacity.

Data & Analytics: Utilize tracking systems (Google Sheets/Excel) to monitor inquiry conversion, analyze guest behavior, and refine pricing strategies for the resort and MTV Gathiya Rath.

Brand Stewardship: Ensure 100% brand consistency across all touchpoints, emphasizing our commitment to sustainability and biodegradable materials.

Third-Party Platform Management: Optimize presence on booking platforms (e.g., MakeMyTrip) and manage the motelthevillagerajkot YouTube channel performance.
