Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive (Female) who will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling client meetings, and handling end-to-end client interaction. The candidate must be comfortable with fieldwork and client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Generate leads for prospective clients through various channels (field visits, references, cold calling, etc.)

2) Fix appointments with potential clients

3) Conduct face-to-face meetings and present company services

4) Understand client requirements and provide appropriate advertising solutions

5) Share detailed advertising briefs and proposals with clients

6) Maintain strong client relationships and follow up for closures

7) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or advertising industry preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings (mandatory)

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
