Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, cabins, meeting rooms, and pantry.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and water to clients, visitors, and staff.
  • Deliver and collect documents from banks, exchanges, depository participants, courier offices, and other business locations.
  • Deposit cheques, collect DDs, and handle basic bank-related work as instructed.
  • Purchase office stationery, pantry items, and other office supplies.
  • Ensure office equipment, pantry, and reception area are neat and well-maintained.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.


Requirements

  • Minimum 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
  • Honest, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
  • Good communication and polite behavior with clients and staff.
  • Basic reading and writing skills in Gujarati/Hindi (English knowledge is an advantage).
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred for local office work.
  • Prior experience in an office or financial services firm will be an added advantage.
