Job Description

Field & Banking: Handle daily bank visits for cheque deposits, cash withdrawals, and document processing.

Document Management: Collect and deliver important documents, contracts, and invoices to/from client sites and government offices.

Office Support: Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing office supplies.

Logistics: Coordinate the dispatch of couriers and track deliveries.

General Maintenance: Ensure the office premises are kept tidy and assist with basic pantry or guest hospitality when required.
