Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (Quality & Operations)

Role OverviewAs a Graduate Engineer Trainee (Quality & Operations), you will work closely with the management team to ensure product quality and support day-to-day factory operations.

Initially, your focus will be on quality control and inspection. Over time, you will also gain exposure to production, inventory, process improvement, documentation, customer quality requirements, and overall factory operations.

We are looking for someone who is curious, disciplined, and eager to learn—not someone looking for a routine desk job.

ResponsibilitiesQuality Control

• Inspect incoming materials and finished products as per specifications.
• Perform dimensional measurements using measuring instruments.
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
• Identify defects, investigate root causes, and assist in corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.

Operations & Manufacturing Support

• Support production planning and shop-floor activities.
• Coordinate with production and stores teams.
• Assist in inventory tracking and process documentation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Learn and understand manufacturing processes, tooling, and product specifications.

Continuous Improvement

• Develop technical knowledge of mechanical seals and sealing systems.
• Suggest improvements in quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities.
• RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to grow.
