Job Description

Key Responsibilities Generate business for LAP and Mortgage Loan products through:

  • Direct sales
  • Channel partners/DSAs
  • Connectors and referrals
  • Builder and property consultant networks
  • Identify and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct customer meetings and understand financial requirements.
  • Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
  • Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth loan sanction and disbursement.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track leads through CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
