Job Description

Quality Control: Conduct daily line checks to ensure recipe consistency, accurate temperatures, and proper food presentation.

Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels, track ingredients to meet food cost targets, and place orders with suppliers.


Standard Practices: Strictly enforce sanitation practices (e.g., ServSafe or local food code compliance) and manage safe food storage.


Kitchen Supervision: Supervise the kitchen team during busy periods to prevent bottlenecks and expedite orders on time. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
