📝 Job Role & Responsibilities:
Customer ને ફોન દ્વારા company ના product વિશે awareness આપવી.
Product ના feature, benefit અને usage સરળ ભાષામાં સમજાવવું.
Customer ના basic questions ના જવાબ આપવા.
Interested customer ની details note કરવી અને follow-up call કરવો.
Call report અને feedback properly maintain કરવું
Company script અને guidelines મુજબ call handle કરવા.
Customer સાથે polite અને professional behavior રાખવું.
🎯 Required Skills & Abilities:
સારો communication skill (Gujarati / Hindi જરૂરી / English Basic.)
Customer સાથે confidence અને patience સાથે વાત કરવાની ક્ષમતા.
Product શીખવાની અને સમજાવવાની તૈયારી.
Positive attitude અને convincing power.
Listening skill સારી હોવી જોઈએ.
Basic mobile / calling system knowledge.
🎓 Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
Fresher / Experienced બંને apply કરી શકે છે.
⭐ Experience:
Telecalling / Sales / Customer support નો અનુભવ હોય તો extra advantage.
Fresher ને training આપવામાં આવશે.
