Sales Co-ordinator

• Excellent communication and coordination skills (Specially in English Speaking & Writing)

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills 

 •To perform the CRM Activities for the assigned dealers /Channel Partners from the assigned area.

• CRM : Managing the relationship

• Calling for the orders at ~ 7-10 days frequency 

• Order Processing with the help of Sales Coordinator 

• Cross sales, and Up sales 

• Sharing the new product details

• Timely sharing the flyers of all the series available 

• Order wise payment follow-up when needed 

• To work as an explorer for the finding primary and secondary customers for the company

• Primary: Dealer / CP 

• Secondary : End user (who are eventually going to apply our bearings)

• To find the prospect, share them introductory details to them

• If the secondary leads gets generated – assign them to Dealer, or Sales Person (ZM,

BDE Or T BDE)

• To take the follow-up of the leads as and when needed      

• To manage the B2B Platforms like Indiamart, Tradeindia, Moglix, Industrybuying, etc.

• To respond to the lead from the platform and Save the details of the lead in CRM by adding all the required details like Key account person/ Decision makers, Email, Mobile Number, segment, state, city, industry etc.

• To upgrade your self of sales management and product technical knowledge to understand the customer’s need in a one go.

• To prepare the reports daily, weekly, and monthly basis

• To follow the Company HR Policies
