Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for combining technical expertise with commercial acumen to support industrial clients. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable product and solution options, and delivering technical demonstrations that highlight value and performance. The Sales Engineer will prepare quotations, follow up on leads, negotiate pricing and terms, and support the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Daily activities include providing technical support, answering product-related queries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with operations and product teams to refine offerings and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Strong Sales Engineering skills, including solution-based selling and the ability to translate technical features into business value.

Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a track record of meeting targets and maintaining positive client relationships.

Ability to provide Technical Support, troubleshoot product issues, and guide customers on appropriate usage and applications.

Effective Communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders and preparing professional presentations.

Knowledge of industrial products or mechanical/ electrical systems; prior experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing is an advantage.

Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field preferred.

Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, along with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Willingness to work on-site in Rajkot and visit customer locations as required
