Sales Manager

●     Independently understand and analyze the market of dryers as an industry along with guidance from the management.

●     Manage organizational sales pipeline by establishing contacts in the respective industry through cold-calling leads from CRM and other resources

●     Build a Sales team under you to achieve long term targets of the company.

●     Help your members to grow in their respective assigned areas & oversee their progress and report to the management.

●     Meet B2B client leads as per requirement and business potential, PAN India

●     Actively work on appointment of agents/dealers in your assigned territory.

●     Participate and represent the company in exhibitions all across India

●     Observe and report the market condition after careful analysis of competitor installations and technical know-how to the management

●     Coordinating with the marketing team to push new lead generation activities in specific areas and helping the team develop new marketing material with your technical knowledge.

●     Tracking and meeting planned sales goals for the year (quarterly,bi-annual,annual)

●     Develop new methods of bringing in the required business through other channels in respective areas across India.

●     Be in touch with the client post sales to ensure proper commissioning and customer satisfaction.

●     Updating Leads on CRM on a regular basis and communicating the same to the management

●     To commit to any other work assigned by the management for the growth of the company.
