Secretary / Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to senior management
• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Prepare emails, letters, agreements, presentations, and official documents
• Draft and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and follow-up trackers
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive business information
• Maintain systematic filing of records, agreements, and correspondence
• Support management in daily coordination and business activities
• Manage existing clients order, complaints, and workflow

Accounting Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Miracle and CRM
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit/credit notes
• Manage accounts payable and receivable with regular follow-ups
• Maintain bank reconciliation statements and cash flow records
