Job Description
Oversees technical and engineering tasks at the construction site. Managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports. You should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines.
Duty & Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and supervise all stages of projects from design to delivery.
- Conduct site assessments, due diligence, and feasibility studies for new projects.
- Supervise contractors, labor teams, and technical staff to ensure project progress.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, timelines, budgets, and industry standards.
- Review and provide feedback on CAD drawings, structural layouts, and technical documentation and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
- resolving site-related technical challenges.
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and client review.
- Monitor and execute finishing works including masonry, tiling, painting, waterproofing, plumbing, etc.
