As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and technically capable professional to join our sales team.
Position: Technical Sales ExecutiveRole OverviewThe Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing online sales activities, coordinating with clients, and supporting lead generation through digital and B2B platforms such as IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, and company website inquiries.
The role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of machinery/products, and the ability to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Inquiry & Sales HandlingManage and respond to customer inquiries from:
- IndiaMART
- Alibaba
- Company Website
- LinkedIn and other online platforms
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery/products
- Prepare quotations, technical offers, and sales proposals
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain professional customer communication
- Coordinate with internal technical and production teams for order processing
- Online Platform ManagementManage and maintain company profiles on B2B and eCommerce platforms
- Upload and update product listings, catalogs, specifications, and images
- Improve online lead generation and platform performance
- Monitor inquiries and maintain proper sales records
- Digital Sales & Marketing SupportSupport online marketing and lead generation campaigns
- Assist in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and promotional activities
- Identify new online business opportunities and marketplaces
- Contribute to improving the company’s digital presence
- Required Skills & QualificationsStrong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Experience in B2B sales, machinery sales, or industrial product sales preferred
- Familiarity with IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online customer handling
- Good knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and online tools
- Ability to understand and explain technical products professionally
